His approach is hands-on: fewer slides, more working sessions; fewer theories, more experiments that stick.

With over 20 years in tech and 12+ years in coaching and training, Marc brings depth that most consultants lack. He has led application management teams of up to 80 people in banking and telecommunications, run large-scale IT projects at Telefónica and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, and supported agile transformations at BMW, Interhyp, and maxdome. He knows what it takes to ship products - and what breaks when organizations try to change.
